The total course duration of the Georgian American University is 6 years of which 5 years is for theoretical education of medical education and the last one year is used for the internship. The 5 year academic program is conducted in 10 separate semesters dealing with important areas of medicine, like Anatomy and Histology in the 1st and 2nd semester.
