We believe in maintaining financial protocol, and thus, we do not authorize any of our employees/representatives to collect payments on our behalf in their personal bank accounts or personal digital payment channels.

All payments must be made to the official bank account or digital channels of DEC Abroad Pvt. Ltd. We do not acknowledge payments made to unauthorised accounts, payment channels or individuals. We are not responsible for any loss arising from payments made to unauthorized accounts, payment channels or individuals. In case of payment request from anyone claiming to represent DEC Abroad Pvt. Ltd., please verify with us before making any payment.

Terms & Conditions of Refund

By using our coaching or/and non-coaching services, the client agrees to our refund policy outlined below:

  • Anyduplicate payment made unintentionally by a client shall be eligible for refund subject to verification and approval by our team. Once the refund for a duplicate transaction is approved, it will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
  • Wereserve the absolute right to reschedule, postpone, merge, or cancel any batch, course, or training session due to reasons including, but not limited to insufficient student enrollments, faculty or instructor unavailability, administrative or operational constraints or force majeure events such as floods, earthquakes, pandemics, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our
  • Any fees paid for coaching, career counselling, application, admission procedure, interview training, or other student support services offered at DEC Abroad Pvt. Ltd. are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been successfully made. No refund request shall be entertained, except in cases expressly mentioned under this Policy.
  • Norefund shall be applicable in circumstances arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, technical disruptions, or any force majeure event.
  • If we permanently cancel a course or batch and are unable to provide an alternative arrangement, students enrol for such course or batch will receive a refund proportional to remaining membership/unutilised
